Greetings from beautiful Villefranche-sur-Mer and the lovely South of France. We took several trips, with only one using the trusty Peugeot as the traffic and roads here are terrible. We used regional trains, buses and the tram to move around. Nice has a wonderful mass transit system. Garibaldi Square, Nice. Au revoir from France.

We rested up over the weekend and today, Monday, tour guide Cindy was ready for a quick tour around the Luberon area. Above is in Oppede, which had a fortress guarding the marble quarry in the area. Ok, that’s enough for today. The ladies report 30,000 steps. Really sorry I missed that!😜 Cindy is back in Uzes, Kate has one more day in Barcelona then a train to Madrid for a couple days then home. We’re headed to Menerbes, France tomorrow. A short, easy drive, only a couple of hours.
